If, notwithstanding the foregoing limitations, liability is imposed on Codex Technology LLC, our total cumulative liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Site shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).

You agree that informal resolution is a prerequisite to pursuing any formal legal action, except where prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet failures, power outages, labor disputes, governmental actions, or system failures.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Codex Technology LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications or understandings.

17. European Union (EU) Users

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may benefit from certain mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of the country in which you reside. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable EU law.
